I found this posted on a Fox News bulletin board. It leaves me feeling troubled after I read it. Perhaps you have already seen it posted. Basically, each declaration is 100% factual. What’s so troubling about that? This posting is not only a declaration of power for 545 people, but also a declaration of limitations for 545 people. That was then; this is now. I think the current activities of some (maybe all) extend beyond these original declarations of power in ways that were never meant to be, legally, because 545 people decided their positions were too limiting. ‘^^^^^’ = new paragraph.

    545 PEOPLE
    ^^^^^By Charlie Reese

^^^^^Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them..

^^^^^Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

^^^^^Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

^^^^^You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The president does.

^^^^^You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

^^^^^You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.

^^^^^You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

^^^^^You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

^^^^^One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

^^^^^I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

^^^^^I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

^^^^^Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

^^^^^What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

^^^^^The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

^^^^^It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

^^^^^If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.

^^^^^If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red ..

^^^^^If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it’s because they want them in IRAQ

^^^^^If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

^^^^^There are no insoluble government problems.

^^^^^Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

^^^^^Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

^^^^^They, and they alone, have the power.

^^^^^They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

^^^^^Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees…

^^^^^We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

^^^^^Charlie Reese is a former columnist of the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper.

I am for using flyovers and air attacks on the ISIS.
I do not support sending our troops into these countries to fight.
I do believe in helping to train the people in countries that are to fight against the threat in their own countries.
I also believe we should supply them with equipment at a price and not just giving it to them.
I cant believe the Republicans that are ready to throw more American troops into a situation where these countries are being threatened. The countries being attacked should use their own people for the boots to the ground affairs.
Do the Republican representatives really think the American public is going to put up with statements that this is a real threat and we need to put our troops in harms way? I am starting to think the Republicans are out to destroy the economy by putting the USA into another war where we finance the whole thing with money and blood.
We need the troops home and in the countries of our allies to commit our technology to avert this threat of ISIS. Our allies should support in kind with money and materials to keep democracy safe from the threats of fanatics. We do not need to have troops on the ground to oppose this threat. We just need to offer good intel to the countries that are putting their citizens in harms way. They are already there and know who is who. Let them deal with it.
I oppose all who say we need to send our boys and girls there to fight someone else’s war. We can assist, not do their work. We need to protect our borders and our citizens.
We need to work on illegal immigration and help the ones that can legally prove they can immigrate and work to becoming a citizen.
The money that were spent on war can now be used to help rebuild America. Lets put our people to work. Build the infrastructure. Help the veterans. We asked them to put their lives in harms way and we have not helped them at all. We just gave them a VA system that is broken.
Republicans you should be thinking of the people here who vote for you and pay your paychecks. Keep away from the ones that solicit you to make poor decisions.

How long will our infrastructure suffer? The Republicans refuse to sign a jobs bill that will get people back to work with middle class paying jobs. They claim there is no money. What they do not understand is most people who work in the construction industry spend money and lots of it! They would buy products, houses and food.
The people who decide what to do with our money are always giving Billions to undeserving countries for what, to spend on lavish perks or weapons for the leaders of those countries and their own personal goals. What about our people here who can use the money. We pay taxes for these unreasonable decisions.
All congress can do is rant about suing the President for breaking the law. What about congress wasting time, money and the welfare of our fine countrymen who work and pay taxes. Can we sue the congress for not doing their job? What is not right about this picture?
I do not care if you are a Republican, a Democrat or other representative. Get off your duff, stop taking vacations thinking you are the only ones that matter when people of this country (citizens) are suffering. Veterans need help. Elderly need help. Unemployed need help.
          Congress you need to help!

I am worried for the advancement of terror being encountered in the Ukraine. A Russian made BUK missile and an S-300 radar system was utilized. First off there is no way to tell who shot the missile as both sides are using the same systems. But the bottom line is why. Clearly a civilian plane can be detected by this system and my question is why pull the trigger. An investigation by both parties internally should be done and the truth as painful as it will be should be told. But humanitarian thoughts will be avoided as the sales by the Russian arms manufacturers and dealers are priority.
It has always amazed me that governments, ours included, are always touting peace and human rights, but why haven’t they stopped arms sales. Because the people who run the governments are making too much money and turn their thoughts to how they can cover up their wrong doing. The weapons they sell are only designed for one thing. You don’t see enthusiasts purchasing a couple of SAM missiles and some aircraft to relax with some down time on the weekend. I know that is what I would look forward to on my weekends.
It amazes me even more when you see the media showing pictures or video of the people fighting in these foreign countries with there Kalashnikovs and hand held rocket launchers. Is this what Children look forward to own and play with? I bet if you take away the weapons and start showing them movies from the 50′s with hot rods and girls and guys in swimsuits they would want to adapt. But no most are brought up believing that if they die while fighting for Allah they will inherit outlandish promises. It doesn’t matter which God you worship, HE DOES NOT CONDONE DEATH BY MURDER!
Not all of mankind has detached itself from reality, just the profiteers. To hell with the ordinary citizen is what arms dealers are thinking. They want regular folk to populate the world so there are moving targets.
I wish there was an answer. But I know if we pray more to our Gods (how ever you believe) and seek answers that have human interests first there may be a chance for us regular folk.

A young Texan grew up wanting to be a lawman. He grew up big, 6′ 2″, strong
as a longhorn, and fast as mustang.

He could shoot a bottle cap tossed in the air at 40 paces. When he finally
came of age, he applied to where he had only
dreamed of working: the West Texas Sheriff’s Department.

After a series of tests and interviews, the Chief Deputy finally called him
into his office for the young man’s last interview.

The Chief Deputy said, “You’re a big strong kid and you can really shoot. So
far your qualifications all look good, but we have,
what you might call, an “Attitude Suitability Test”, that you must take

We just don’t let anyone carry our badge, son.”

Then, sliding a service pistol and a box of ammo across the desk, the Chief

Since the horrible tragedy in Boston last Monday, I have heard a lot of people talking about immigration. The young men who committed that horrible crime were not here illegally. What they did was WRONG but changing immigration wont make a difference. Those men had been in America for over a decade. They started out as good people, they had gone to college, one had dreams of representing America in the Olympics then something in them changed. Most people come to America to make their lives better and not to cause harm. We can not let one or two bad eggs spoil the whole dozen. Its sad that as soon as something happens we say it is because they came from another country. As sad as it is people will do this kind of stuff no matter where they come from, immigrants or not. As I said before what they did was not OK but neither is judging other people by these men’s actions.

Boston you are in my Prayers.

Why is the money that was used for highway construction still being used to fund a war the President declared done? We need to build our economy and put people back to work. When we were getting matching funds (states) for tax dollars being collected at the gas pumps all infrastructure work was moving along great. We go to war and the government says they need all monies (our tax dollars the government makes from us). Never mind that the simple minds in Washington cant add two and two, but they single handily destroyed a taxable base that will take years if not decades to replace. Workers were told that there are no jobs because there was no money. They had money for unemployment. So where is the reality? I really think the government shot themselves in the foot. Most construction workers are spend now don’t worry about the future. With that mentality most will buy a new car, home and other things that make sales and create taxes. I don’t want construction workers to get the wrong idea that they don’t plan ahead, just on general terms “most” is not all. I am not picking on the construction worker. That is a necessary field of work. I am mad at the government for not looking at reality. If they kept money going to federal projects we would not have had a total melt down of our economy. It would have at part helped the housing by keeping those working paying their bills. I do not want to get started on the housing at length. But there never should have been any allowance of hedging. History repeats itself and when chairman Greenspan allowed it after being quizzed and stated “the people at Wall Street are grown men and can make good decisions”, well I will let the results of our economy since 2006 speak for itself.

I don’t understand Liberals today. According to the gallup poll 53% of Liberals are in favor of socialism. Are you people idiots? I mean, I know that you all think you are entitled to something from the government and instead don’t want to work hard. I mean after all, being dependent on the government is the new American dream isn’t it?

Obamacare should not be viewed as a piece of legislation, as this would demean and undervalue the significance of what has transpired in its passage through our government (and Indeed, it needed to pass EVERY safeguard our founders put in place: congress/senate/supreme court/state court(s)/etc.) ,albeit by only a slim margin. To even truly begin to explain the jaw-dropping event that is the existance of obamacare, one must first be made aware of an old roman theory called “Thesis and Antithesis”. The theory (not well taught anymore) is that when an idea/entity/government/etc. coalesces, an antithesis forms that is the polar opposite of the Thesis. This rarely happens immediately, but it is (supposedly) inevitable.
The reason i bring this up will become self-evident later in this post.

The Declaration of Independance and the Constitution of the United States were written by Intelligent, Brave, Forward-thinking individuals. Their purpose is to acknowledge and uphold, for the first time on Earth, that individuals have *inherent, unalienable rights* to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. I say “the first time on Earth” because every other country which has such a document merely says “you have rights(only because WE say you do, peasant!)”. The U.S. documents are fundamentally different, precisely because of what is stated, in such an elegantly profound way, between those two asterisks. The documents were concise, intended to be an easily unforeseeable, and in keeping with this new understanding (or rather acknowledgement of) human rights and human existance. Our founding fathers used this new understanding to help empower the American people with Knowledge, Self-reliance, and most importantly Foresight. Individuals now had every tool a person could be given to determine their own destiny. Along with these tools, the government placed restraints on itself, so that people had more power and clout than their congressmen/senators/president. I could go on forever, so i shall move on to the second half (long i know) of this post, but i can leave this here —-> ETC. you get the picture. Vs. Obamacare is a bill designed to “fix” the unbelievable mess with Insurance. Ever since catastrophic health insurance was cut, insurance companies have struggled simply to survive (or try to find a *reason* to survive) in the face of miniscule profit brought on by regulation. It was written by a corporation. as such, we may never know *why* it exists, or who individually wrote it, or why ANY of this is even happening in such a way. The bill (ironic) was passed by inept individuals who didn’t read it, and have still to this day not done so. It will be interpeted by states/feds/”Obamacare Explorers” (forget what they call them) and enforced(?) by some agency (I guess IRS? no one knows yet) to get a mystery population (some type of?) heath insurance. So to sum all of what Obamacare is, it was a bill created by people in the shadows, passed by inept, cowardly, corrupt individuals. It is unforeseeable how the bill will be used, or enforced, or even how to place it into a free market without a total collapse of our country. It eliminates, by its very implementation, the understanding of your right to choose your own path/destiny/fate (take your pick), and that individual choice *matters*. It is the Antithesis of our Founding Documents, and it is plain to see if you look at the total gridlock in the country. This is because the two ideas are incompatible at their very core. Only one of these ideas can exist when all is said and done. The Government is saying “To protect you Completely, We must Control you Completely(eventually)” Will you let them?

Our society, great in all that it is, has lost sight on what created it. We took our eyes off the road. We are looking at the paths of others and judging them for their neglect and meanwhile we have let ours become overgrown with the weeds of society.

I am not saying that i do not love America or what America stands for, I am saying that we really need to keep our eyes on the road. In the past, laws were created to protect the community as a whole. However now we are allowing the individual to direct the laws of the community. The minority is overrunning the majority now. A story came out recently that showcased one such issue. An Agnostic and Atheist group, at the request of a single student, lobbied to have the Ten Commandments removed from the schools. Now, I understand that the LAW states that schools shall not promote or teach religions, But instead of allowing one group to push their agenda on a community, allow the community to vote on the issue. Allow them to create a local amendment that fits THEIR community. Trust me, people are truly honest at the ballot box while casting an anonymous vote. If they truly felt they should be removed they would vote accordingly.

One person’s beliefs do not dictate a community’s action.

Unlike some people in America I do not believe that our country is at a turning point. That would imply that someone actually has the freedom to make a choice. While America has promised (and tried to assure you) that you have freedom to own property, Imminent Domain (which, apparently is law now, despite the fact that it is wholly unconstitutional) can allow federal (and state!!) legislatures to “re-appropriate” your land and home if they “see need to do so” (that definition is usually whatever they wish it to be). America has promised you a free market (NOT capitalism, There IS a difference.[might do another rant about that]), yet they tax and regulate business to enforce “The Moral Thing To Do”(need proof? cigarettes 1970=$.75 2013=$7.50 .New York has $5.45 added to each pack, state and federal taxes combined ). Even worse, politicians don’t even attempt to hide this behavior and think they deserve a pat on the back for it (yay! way to ruin a industry with the sweep of the pen!). America has promised you protection from unreasonable (yes not just “unlawful”, it goes much further than that) search and seizure, yet many states allow no-knock police raids for such meager offenses as noise complaints (even more disturbing, these are usually conducted by S.W.A.T. teams). Oh, and if you are targeted by them, they will kill any dogs in your home (it’s standard operating procedure, apparently for their protection. If nothing else please look this up). So, after alllll that, how is it that people say that you have these freedoms without getting laughed out of the room? Americans say that they have all these freedoms, yet all someone has to do is say “terrorist”, and everyone scrambles to give their rights away. Our founders would die to have them, but we would throw them away to live just another day? If we continue down this road, America and these Middle-eastern countries will begin to look very much the same. Are you happy with the illusion of freedom? If not, the next time you need protection from something/someone, look to yourself, your friends, or your neighbors. Government protection has a steep cost: Your Freedom.

Okay, I am about to come off as a bit of an A-Hole, but why are we developing new regulations to make theaters more accommodating to the deaf AND blind? I am all for providing facilities fit for all people, however this is a huge burden to place on many small business theaters. I am not blind nor am I deaf and so I do not even comprehend the difficulties that they deal with, but as a blind individual is having a movie ‘described’ to you at a theater a real benefit? Maybe it is my ignorance in the issues, but I simply can not wrap my brain around this one.

Attention Gun Owner’s. There have been 16 Massacre’s in the United States in 2012 it is time for Stricter Gun Control. All you gun toting cave people need come to your senses and turn over or destroy you weapons.
The American Society will be more peaceful and safer union. Me and my life partner are tired of watching the news and seeing all this violence on TV.

TOP 10 REASONS TO VOTE DEMOCRAT

#10. I vote Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry
whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my German Shepherd.

#9. I vote Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on
a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon
                                          at 15% isn’t.

#8. I vote Democrat because I believe the government will do a better
job of spending the money I earn than I would.

#7. I vote Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as
                                          nobody is offended by it.

#6. I vote Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun,
and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from
murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service
that get police to your home in order to identify your body after a
                                          home invasion.

#5. I vote Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of
babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive
                                          and comfy.

#4. I vote Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to
free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we
should take away Social Security from those who paid into it.

#3. I vote Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be
allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and
give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the
                                          Democrat Party sees fit.

#2. I vote Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite
the Constitution every few days to suit fringe kooks who would never
get their agendas past the voters.

…And the #1 reason I vote Democrat is because I think it’s better to
pay $billions$ for oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own
because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish here in
America. We don’t care about the beetles, gophers or fish in those
                                          other countries.
